We do not guarantee specific energy savings percentages, permit approval timelines, or construction completion dates beyond contractual commitments.

Payment Terms
Payment schedules are established in individual project contracts. Typical structure includes deposit at contract signing, progress payments at construction milestones, and final payment at project completion. Late payments may result in work stoppage.
Intellectual Property
Custom designs and engineering plans created for your project remain our intellectual property until final payment. You receive a license to use plans for your specific property only. Plans may not be reproduced for other projects without written permission.
Modifications and Cancellations
